on the possibility of providing work as part of an individual working time schedule at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce
Due to the need to ensure safe and hygienic working conditions during the epidemic, I would like to inform you that:
- in accordance with § 22 sec. 5 of the Work Regulations of JKU, constituting an attachment to Order No. 83/2020 of the Rector of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce of 7 April 2020, at the written request of the employee, with the approval of the immediate superior or on the superior's own initiative in consultation with the employee, the employer may determine the employee's individual working time schedule within the framework of the working time system to which the employee is subject, in particular the employee may start and end work at hours other than those resulting from the employment contract or from other intra-university legal acts or documents;
- under the principles set out in point 1, it is possible to establish in a given unit two teams of employees working according to working time schedules which prevent direct contact at the workplace between employees of different teams;
- the teams referred to in point 2 should be of a permanent nature;
- it is possible for the employees referred to in point 2 to work part of the working day on site and part of the working day in a remote mode (e.g. 5 hours on site and 3 hours remote);

individual working time schedules should be determined in compliance with labour law, in particular with regard to minimum rest periods (daily
and weekly).
