on the possibility of collecting personal belongings left in the student dormitories of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce by persons who left them due to the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus

I would like to kindly inform you that persons interested in collecting personal belongings left in the JKU student dormitories will be able to do so after signing up for a specific day and time, between 25 and 31 May this year.

Registration will be carried out by employees of the student dormitories via email or telephone from 25 May. Telephone numbers and email addresses for the student dormitories administration are available on the website:

Collecting personal belongings will take place according to the following rules:

1. on working days from Monday to Friday at 8-14, according to the day and time determined for a given person to enter the student dormitory;
2. no more than 25 persons planning to collect their personal belongings will be allowed to enter each student dormitory on one day;
3. the person collecting his/her personal belongings is required to wear gloves and a mask and to keep a safe distance from other people (i.e. at least 2 m);
4. a the person collecting his/her personal belongings is obliged to take all personal belongings from the room and to settle accounts with the student dormitory service section, including but not limited to: hand over the bed linen, check out, and perform any payments. In the event of the so-called overpayment for a place in a student dormitory, the money paid will be returned to the account indicated by the person leaving the student dormitory.

When arriving to collect personal belongings, it will not be possible to stay overnight in any of the JKU student dormitories.
