Communication concerning non-academic staff
In connection with the law of 2 March 2020 on specific solutions related to the preventing, counteracting and combating COVID-19,
other communicable diseases and emergencies caused by them, between 12 March 2020 and 25 March 2020, the following is recommended:
1) Minimise direct contact between employees at work.
2) Communication should be limited to email correspondence and telephone contacts.
3) The head of the administration unit is obliged to guarantee the proper functioning of subordinate units by appointing employees who will perform work remotely in conjunction with on-call duties guaranteeing the continuity of the unit's operation (including Dean's Offices).
4) Managers are required to liaise with and supervise employees doing remote work.
An order will be issued in this regard today.
