Fees for the issue of documents and duplicates

1. The fees are:

1) PLN 20:

a) for the issuance of a copy in a foreign language of the graduation diploma and the supplement to the

diploma;

b) for the issue of a duplicate of:

- graduation diploma;

- diploma supplement;

2) PLN 22 - for the issue of a student ID card.

2. The fee for issuing of a duplicate student ID card shall be charged at one and a half of the
fee for issuing the original.

3. PLN 26 - for authentication of graduation diplomas and their supplements,
copies of graduation diplomas, duplicates of graduation diplomas

and diploma supplements, certificates of graduation intended for legal transactions with foreign countries.
