Dear recipient,
Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce invites members ot its administrative
and managerial staff to free training courses, co-financed by the European Union, to improve management and administrative skills organised as part of the project 'NEW PERSPECTIVES for the development of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce.'
THEMATIC AREA
- Management and control
- Communication in teams, dealing with difficult situations
- Public Procurement Law, other legal aspects
- Finance and Accounting
- Human Resources & Payroll
- Student affairs, doctoral studies
- Administration of university property
- Projects funded from external sources
- Management and organizational changes and adaptation of internal acts to requirements introduced by Act 2.0
FORM:
– 1-2 days, away training
– Group training organised at university facilities
Please submit proposals for training within the above-mentioned areas to all heads of organisational units of the University, enclosing a description of the subjects of the contract.
