  • Obtained second degree of specialisation in oncological surgery at the Institute of Oncology in Warsaw – 1986.
  • Obtaining a postdoctoral degree (Habilitated Doctor) in Medical Sciences at Medical Academy in Bialystok – 1997.
  • Obtaining the title of Professor of Medical Sciences – 2003.
