Employment and remuneration

The University follows the rules concerning the employment and remuneration of employees as set out in:

1. Work regulations, which establish the organisation and order of the work process and define the related rights and obligations of the employer and employees, see.
2. Regulations on the remuneration of employees of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, setting out the conditions for remuneration for work and other work-related benefits and the principles for awarding them, see.
