We invite you to participate in the interdisciplinary 27th National

Scientific Conference of Student Scientific Circles 'Man and his environment'

under the patronage of the HM Rector of JKU in Kielce

The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences and integrate the student research community.

The conference will take place in Kielce on 11-12 April 2019.

Information on participation conditions

Deadline for submissions: 15 February 2019.

Application for participation (Annex 1 or 2) with attached statements (Annex 3), printout of the text of the paper (according to the template and in accordance with the editorial requirements – Annex 4), opinion of the thesis supervisor (Annex 5) and proof of conference participation fee should be submitted to the Centre for Science and Student Culture JKU in Kielce, ul. Śląska 15, room 8.

Presenters will be provided with whiteboards and multimedia projectors, while those presenting posters should place the author's poster in the area prepared by the Organiser before the conference. Submissions that do not meet the requirements contained in the Annexes will not be accepted for presentation at the Conference.

The languages of the conference are Polish and English.

The organiser introduces a limit of 5 papers and 2 posters submitted by members of a single Student Scientific Club. In addition, a student may be the author or co-author of only one work. A group representing one Club may consist of a maximum of 8 students and a supervisor. No more than two people can be authors of one work.

The cost of participation in the conference is shown in the table. It includes conference materials, coffee service and refreshments, a festive banquet.

The deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance at the conference.

Information about the possibility of submitting a paper to a journal
'Zeszyty Studenckiego Ruchu Naukowego UJK w Kielcach';
 

1. For first-time publishers, the condition to publish a paper is to create, by 15. 02.2019 one's own account on the University Journals Platform of JKU in Kielce: https://www.ujk.edu.pl/wydawnictwo/, and then upload the article file, following the instructions for authors. Brief instructions can be found at .
2. It is necessary to make all changes and corrections contained in the review. The decision, regarding publication of the article, is made by the Reviewers and the Scientific Council of the journal.
