'Man and His Environment'
under the patronage of HM Rector of JKU in Kielce, Prof. Jacek Semaniak, PhD hab.
The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences related to the conducted scientific research and the integration of the student scientific community.
The conference will be held at the Centre for Communication and Information Science of JKU in Kielce.

Information on conditions of participation
The deadline for submissions has been extended to 10 March 2020.
Deadline and place for delivery of applications (in person or by mail) – 21.02.2020.

Application for participation in the Conference should include:
- completed participation form (Appendix 1 or 2),
- student data protection statements (Appendix 3),
- printout of the paper written according to the template and in accordance with the editorial requirements – Appendix 4)
with supervisor's comments and corrections,
- opinion of the paper scientific supervisor (Appendix 5),
- proof of payment for participation in the conference.

The language of the conference is Polish and English. The speakers will have whiteboards and multimedia projectors at their disposal. Participants presenting posters should place them in an area prepared by the Organiser before the conference starts. Poster dimensions: 61x86 cm (A1).
Poster should include:
- paper title,
- names and affiliations of the author(s),
- introduction,
- objective of the work,
- material and methods,
- results,
- conclusions,
- references.
Works that do not meet the requirements contained in the attachments will not be accepted for presentation during the conference.
The organiser introduces a limit of 5 papers and 2 posters submitted by members of a single Student Scientific Club. In addition, a student may be the author or co-author of only one work. A group representing one Club may consist of a maximum of 8 students and a supervisor. No more than two people can be authors of one work.
The cost of participation in the conference is shown in the table. It includes conference materials, coffee service and refreshments, a festive banquet.
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of non-attendance at the conference.

Information about the possibility of submitting a paper to editors of an electronic journal
'Zeszyty Studenckiego Ruchu Naukowego JKU w Kielcach'
The deadline for account creation has been extended to 10 March 2020.
- In case of persons publishing for the first time, the condition to publish an article is to create by 21.02.2020. a personal account on University Journals Platform of JKU in Kielce: https://www.ujk.edu.pl/wydawnictwo/, then uploading the file with the article, according to the instructions for authors. Brief instructions can be found on .
- It is necessary to make all changes corrections contained in the review. The decision regarding publication of an article, is made by the Reviewers and the Scientific Council of the journal.
