Information on accounting for expenditure at the University

I would like to kindly inform you that in connection with the implementation of the University's Integrated Management Information System, it will not be possible to account for any expenditure incurred without first submitting a request. In this connection, I would like to remind you that purchases of any goods or services can only be made on the basis of a request approved for execution (in accordance with the Rector's Ordinance No. 26/05). No other expenses will be included and accounted for. If an employee of the University makes a financial commitment without a requisition approved for execution they will be charged for that purchase.
