Recognition of the profession
Four researcher profiles have been determined at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce:
- R1 - First stage researcher,
- R2 – Recognised researcher,
- R3 – Established researcher,
- R4 – Leading researcher.
Required and desirable competences are defined for each profile.
