Announcement on the submission of demands in 2016

I would like to inform you that requests for purchases of goods, services and works to be carried out in 2016 should be submitted by 30 November 2016.

 

In the case of requests for the purchase of equipment, services (including printing of publications), works, etc., which are subject to an appropriate procedure before the request is submitted, it must be ascertained with the head of the Procurement Department whether it will be possible to carry out the purchase in 2016.

 

Requests that have not been fulfilled by 31.12.2016 expire.
