Information on requirements for 2013

I would like to inform you that requests for the procurement of goods, services and works in 2013 can only be submitted once the 2013 procurement plan (model plan available on the website (www.ujk.edu.pl/dzp/wzory.php) has been approved.

Requests should be submitted electronically by authorised persons in the units. Once the request has been approved for fulfilment, the purchase can be made. Until the budget is approved, the unit cannot spend more than 10% of the annual budget. The above rules do not apply to purchases made as part of projects funded by the European Union.
