Translation of a foreign document on education (information for foreigners)

The sworn translation of a foreign certificate / higher education diploma into Polish should be prepared by:

• a person entered by the Minister of Justice on the list of sworn translators (list of sworn translators on the website of the Ministry of Justice), or
• a person registered as a sworn translator in a Member State of the European Union, a Member State of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) - a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or a Member State of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), or
• a consul of the Republic of Poland, competent for the country on whose territory or in whose educational system the certificate/diploma was issued, or
• a diplomatic mission or consular post accredited in the Republic of Poland of a country on whose territory or in whose educational system the certificate/diploma was issued, or
• an entity authorised to provide translations in the candidate's country of origin.
