of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce

of October 1, 2021

 

on counteracting the spread of coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2)

among the academic community of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce
 

On the basis of  Article 23 para. 1 and para. 2 item 2 of the Act of 20 July 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended) and § 28 sections 1-2, § 29 item 2, points 22-23 of the Statute of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce, in connection with the Act of March 2, 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, counteraction and combating of COVID-19, other infectious diseases and crisis situations caused by them (Dz. U. of 2020, item 1842 as amended) is ordered as follows:

§ 1

At Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce (hereinafter referred to as the University or JKU), the following rules are in place to prevent the spread of coronavirus

(SARS-CoV-2) among the academic community:

  1. Education in the University during the state of epidemic takes place on the terms specified, inter alia, in:
  1. Order no. 119/2021 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce, of Agusst 25,2021 on the organization of education in the winter semester in the academic year 2021/2022 at the University of Jan Kochanowski of Kielce;
  2. Order no. 210/2020 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce, of September 30,2021 on the principles of conducting didactic classes and conducting credits, examinations and diploma exams using distance methods and techniques;
  3. Order no. 140/2021 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce, of October 1, 2021 on the principles regarding securing employees and persons educating in the buildings of the University of John Kochanowski of Kielce in connection with the state of epidemic;
  1. Trips abroad and arrivals from foreign students, PhD students and employees under the Erasmus+ program and other academic exchange programs resulting from separate agreements, are carried out with the security measures and principles applicable to the receiving institution; International academic exchange takes place taking into account the epidemic situation and regulations in force in the target country;
  2. The use of the University Library is allowed to maintain applicable sanitary safety standards set out in the law and decisions, recommendations and guidelines of the competent state authorities; Detailed rules for using the University Library Specifies the Library Director;
  3. Using the JKU Archive is allowed to maintain applicable sanitary safety standards, specified in the law and decisions, recommendations and guidelines of the competent state authorities; Detailed rules for using archive determines the archive manager;
  4. Current operation of the University Administration, including support for clients, transferring documents and dealing with cases, follows the following rules:
  1. should be reduced to a minimum direct contact between employees / employees and clients; It is recommended to use electronic correspondence and phones;
  2. Workers providing work on positions related to continuous service of clients (including law firms, lawpoints, concierts) are secured in accordance with publicly available sanitary guidelines for this type of positions;
  3. All documents (including financial, invoices, delegations, accounts, etc.) requiring the preservation of a written form, addressed to the university-administrative administration, should be submitted at a certificate point, which is located in a marked room, on the ground floor in the Rector's building at ul. Żeromskiego 5 in Kielce, subject to lit. e;
  4. all documents requiring the preservation of a written form, addressed to departmental / filial administration, should be submitted at points indicated by the Dean of the Faculty / Branch, subject to a region. e;
  5. in justified cases, the possibility of submitting documents referred to in point (a) shall be allowed. C-D, directly in a specific administration unitji;
  6. Deans of faculties/branches/managers of inter-faculty units ensure the continuity of the functioning of subordinate units and normal telephone and electronic communication with persons educating and employed persons;
  7. documents that do not require a written form should be sent in electronic form (scans) to e-mail addresses of individual units;
  8. applications (forms) of persons who are educated with studies / courses (including on material assistance), may be submitted:
  • in the mediation of traditional mail (recommended),
  • in the E-PUAP mediation (recommended),
  • In the mediation of e-mail (scans), subject that the originals of the above Documents must be delivered within 30 days from the date of sending an e-mail,
  • In person in dean’s office;
  1. it is recommended that - if possible - only one main entrance is left in all facilities;
  1. events, scientific, artistic, cultural and sports events can be organized by the University after obtaining the consent of the Rector or another person authorized by him, with the applicable standards of sanitary safety, specified in the law and decisions, recommendations and guidelines of the competent state authorities; Recommend to the abovementioned Events and events were - as far as possible - transmitted online using available websites or IT systems; Detailed instructions on behavior at the University Sports Center of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce in connection with the prevention, counteracting and eradication of coronavirus (SARS-COV-2) determines the Order No. 41/2021 of the Rector of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce of 3 March 2021;
  2. In the event of suspicion or determine the coronavirus infection (SARS-COV-2) in employees and persons educating in the University, the procedure set out in the Order No. 29/2021 Rector of the University of Jan Kochanowski of Kielce dated 11 February 2021;
  3. supervisor may recommend the employee to carry out obligations in remote work mode, specifying the scope and time of work in this form; The supervisor of the employee undertakes to maintain contact with an employee performing remote work, its supervision and settlement; Rector or supervisor may summon the employee at any time to perform work in a place indicated in the employment contract;
  4. Catering establishments, operating in university buildings, can conduct activities related to the provision of services in the University, after obtaining the consent of the Rector or another person authorized by the Rector, with applicable sanitary safety standards, specified in the law and decisions, recommendations and appropriate guidelines State authorities;
  5. Detailed rules for conducting meetings of collegial entities in remote mode using information technology and the rules for adopting resolutions in circulation, correspondence or electronic mode at the University of Jan Kochanowski of Kielce, defines the Order No. 141/2021 Rector of the Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce of October 1, 2021.

 

§ 2

  1. Starters of the University of Organizational Units are obliged to guarantee their proper functioning, including in particular to ensure the continuity of customer service on the seat of the entity, while maintaining the applicable sanitary safety standards specified in the law and decisions, recommendations and guidelines of the competent state authorities.
  2. Managers of organizational units of the University are obliged to become familiar with information and announcements regarding the counteracting the spread of coronavirus (SARS-COV-2), announced by: Council of Ministers, Ministry of Education and Science, the main sanitary inspector.

 

§ 3

The Order No. 46/2021 of the Rector of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce of
March 12, 2021 on countering the spread of coronavirus
(SARS-CoV-2) among the academic community of Jan Kochanowski University of Kielce  is no longer in force.

 

§ 4

The Order shall take effect on the date of signature.
