Participation application

Application for participation in the project is made by submitting an application form by the designated recruitment date for a given training course. Employees qualified for training are required to complete a Declaration of Participation and Participant Statement. All documents listed above should be delivered in paper form to Tomasz Marwicki, room 303 ul. Żeromskiego 5.
