Support for management and administrative staff
Objective: improving managerial and administrative competences such as team management, financial management, improving the quality of student-customer service in the secretariat and dean's office, adapting administrative procedures to changing legal conditions, effective communication in the academic environment.
Form:
- thematic training in the field of a given administrative unit - the learning outcomes and acquired skills will be used by employees to improve the effectiveness of the operation and activities of the University's given unit
- managerial training – effective team management, delegating tasks, authority, and responsibility, effectively motivating subordinates.
- personal development training – effective work organisation and time management, intergenerational communication, improving interpersonal skills.
