Creating websites by external parties

Creating a WWW service requires the application of recommendations indicated in Attachment 5 to the Regulations of the Computer Network of the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce titled Regulations for creating WWW services.

Technological requirements must be adhered to and, in the case of the planned hosting of the website on JKU servers (rather than hosting the site with an external company), it is required to contact the JKU Computer Network Operator for the administration of web services (Server Infrastructure Section within the IT Centre) at the stage of developing the specification in order to determine the technical conditions.

The JKU Computer Network Operator, responsible for the technical operation of the WWW service, may provide services with resources, i.e.:

1. PHP programming language version 7,
2. access to a MySQL database.

For services based on other technologies, the technical conditions must be agreed with the JKU Computer Network Operator before implementation.
