As of 14.04.2015, the new Articles of Association of the Employee Loan and Benefit Fund at the Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce are in force.
By resolution of the General Meeting of Members:

1. The amount of the contribution has been increased from 40 PLN to 50 PLN.

2. The maximum loan amount was increased from 10,000 PLN to 15,000 PLN.

3. Loan amounts depended on the amount of the accumulated contribution, respectively:

1) with own contribution up to 1000 PLN: loan up to 5 times the accumulated contribution - max. 5000 PLN (max. 25 instalments)

2) with own contribution over 1000 PLN : loan 10.000 + equivalent of own contribution - max. 15,000 PLN (max. 30 instalments)

The aforementioned loans are granted on the basis of an agreement between the PKZP and the borrower.
