DESCRIPTION 2 OPERATION - VERSION 11.2021 - applies to invoices in respect of payments for e.g. electricity, gas, water, sewage, refuse collection and other building-related costs.
DESCRIPTION 3 REFURBISHMENTS AND INVESTMENTS - VERSION 02.2021 - applies to expenditure relating to refurbishments and to investments made at the University.
DESCRIPTION 4 OTHER - VERSION 11.2021 - applies to all other payments.
DESCRIPTION 5 PROJECTS - VERSION 05.2022 - applies to project invoices co-financed by the ESF (European Social Fund).
