SUMTOPO History

The Summer Conference on Topology and its Applications is an annual event bringing together an international audience of researchers in general topology and related fields.

Topology Conferences in Kielce

Another, very short, history is related to topology conferences in Kielce: There were already two international meetings, in 2006 and 2008. The first one was meant to be a satellite event to the 10^th Prague Topological Symposium and it turned out to be a successful independent conference (45 participants, 33 lectures/talks). The second one was held 2 years later, with emphasis in applications of set theory and topology in functional analysis (47 participants, 39 lectures/talks). The second meeting was sponsored by the Technical University of Lodz.
